RESPONSIBILITIES

Currently working with CROWNE PLAZA (Size of property is 1,42,537 Sq.m) one of the biggest hotel and convention center in Middle East, which have 326 luxurious rooms, Lobby lounge, 4 Resturants,12 Meeting rooms, 4 coffee shops, Ball room, Bridal suite, and lot of public area and Entire property adopted to Green Engage program

Pre-opening-
Prepare and follow the snag list for the guest rooms, public areas, Gas plants, Diesel plant and Fire and life safety as per standards and report submitting.
Co-ordinate the team and follow the entire snag cycle the (Snag, De-snag, Inspection, Reporting) to reach the dead line.
Prepare the spare parts list and set up the store, workshops.
Actively involved in Hand over and Review the documents of the Machinery plants and equipments, submitting the report according it.
Attending the trainings of the each aspect of the department and play a key role to known the operation of the Equipments and same as training conduct to the colleagues.
Actively involved in the Preparation of the department sops and budget such as collect and estimate the data by closely monitoring the Utilities, HLP consumption and as per designed occupancy of the property.
Maintenance-
Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance.
Preparation of Monthly reports and co-ordinate planning the mitigation plans and execution to improve productivity as well as machine life.
Coordinating installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Maintenance And Trouble shooting of Boilers, Chillers, Softeners, AHUs, FCUs And HVAC.
Maintenance And Trouble shooting on the R.O Water plants, Kitchen, Laundry Equipment, Lifts, Hoists, Cranes.
Handling And Monitoring the power And Administration works
Swimming pool And other Electromechanical Maintenance
Trouble shooting on PLC, HMI, Pneumatics and Drives of the Machines

Maintenance-

Maintenance and Emergency Evacuation of Lifts Public Announce system, Fire Fighting Equipment.
Trouble shooting on PLC, HMI, Pneumatics and Drives of the Machines and Auto lines.
DG sets, Utility, Substation, Stabilizers, ups, set the drives as per our requirement Maintenance, etc
Maintenance the firefighting equipment such as Emergency Alarms, smoke detectors, water sprayers and conduct Safety programs.
Trouble Shooting of MCC, Control panels, Auto lines, Processing lines, Packing Machines, Different weighing machines.
Lead a team as team player and co-ordinate the team to achieve the work output.
Projects-
Coordination and Execution of project installation and commissioning on final load testing.
Participate in for execution of project electrical work plan & development.
Prepare BOQs and Cost Estimation.
Support to Project Manager for electrical project establishment and closed out.
Track & monitor progress completion of various projects and knowledge on CAPEX Project.
Auditing & Other Management-
Preparation of Check lists, plan and execute the audit schedule.
Review of Repair & Maintenance cost & identify the areas and cost savings.
Conduct the Energy & water, fuel consumption audit & suggest the areas for impr
